FilingRamp 2024 Year In Review

The end of the year offers a perfect opportunity to pause and reflect. As we wrap up 2024, the FilingRamp team has so much to celebrate. This year has been marked by significant achievements, significant milestones, and unforgettable moments that have propelled our software and company to new heights and have paved a clear direction for the future of FilingRamp. 

We’re deeply grateful of our team and the amazing community that supports us every step of the way.

Milestones and Data

We were busier than ever in 2024. Some notable milestones included:

• Nearly 35,000 filings submitted (up from 10,000 in 2023) from FilingRamp in 2024

• Nearly 90% of all our customers filings were submitted in FilingRamp versus SERFF

• Maintained 0% churn rate

• Attended 10 Conferences as an Exhibitor

A big (and fun!) milestone in 2024 was us becoming a AICP Visionary Partner (https://aicp.net/2024-key-industry-supporters/). AICP has always been a sweet spot for FilingRamp in terms of material and audience. Becoming a Visionary Partner allowed us to reach countless insurance companies and share FilingRamp’s passion for providing modern solutions to the often underserved compliance/regulatory segment of the insurance industry. 

New Features

As our customers know, we’re always busy with releases that involve enhancements, new features, and nice little tweaks, like a new filter here and there, that go a long way in making our customers’ work that much easier.

Many of our customers were able to open up the platform to huge new group of users because of our new Roles feature, which lets companies:

• Create and edit fully customizable roles

• Bulk assign a role to users

• Manage access to all features/functionality

• Bring on new users as “Read Only”

We couldn’t have been happier as we watched some accounts go from dozens of users to hundreds of users within weeks because of this enhancement. As we always say at FilingRamp, “Unlimited users, unlimited data!”

More and more product development and pre-filing work occurs in FilingRamp now because of workflow enhancements including the new Ramp Drive feature, which allows companies to:

• Set up new projects and easily upload files into filings and objection responses

• Retire old network drives while maintaining old folder structure

• Search all folders and files

• Supports all file types

• Import competitor forms do PDF or Word comparisons using FilingRamp’s Draftable integration

It wasn’t all new features in 2024 though. As more and more companies rely on our Library v2 to generate forms and rates reports with huge amounts of metadata and attachments, we prioritized a Library Optimization project to make the reports even faster. We also built in new filters, more data, and customization to our application’s Dashboards. Even more dashboard customization is coming in early 2025!

Conferences

We’re proud to have set a new company record for conferences attended this year, spreading the word about FilingRamp. Connecting with our customers and potential customers in person is invaluable, and we remain committed to seizing every opportunity to make those interactions happen.

After all, nothing makes us more excited than the chance to demo our application to new people, see their reactions, and talk about the modernization of the filings process.

It’s also worth noting, we threw the absolute best happy hour in town for our customers, prospects, and friends while attending the AICP Annual Conference in Indianapolis. We plan on raising the bar, again, at the 2025 AICP Annual Conference in Baltimore!

Amazing Customers

We truly value connecting with our customers and prioritize being highly interactive and responsive to their needs. Many of our best ideas come from our customers, which is why we:

• Host regular calls to discuss ideas for improving the application and making our customers' jobs easier

• Demo new features to ensure they align with customers’ needs

• Listen to their experiences and feedback about using FilingRamp

Their ideas, suggestions, and even critiques inspire and drive us to continually improve. Our ultimate goal is to ensure every FilingRamp user is happy and successful. We are incredibly grateful for the FilingRamp community and deeply value their insights and experiences.
